Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Provider
We ship all orders using our logistics partner PostNL. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.
2. Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)

Free Standard Shipping: For orders with a total value of €50.00 or more, we offer free standard delivery within the Netherlands via PostNL.

Flat Rate: For orders under €50.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.95 will apply.
3. International Shipping
a) Standard International Shipping (Uninsured)
By default, international parcels are shipped without insurance. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the parcel:

Disclaimer: Please note that we do not accept any liability for loss or damage during shipping when the uninsured shipping option is selected. This shipping method is used at the customer’s own risk.
b) Insured International Shipping (Optional)
Customers have the option to choose insured shipping at checkout. This option provides insurance coverage up to a maximum liability of €5,500. Shipping costs for insured parcels are as follows:

Note: If insured shipping is selected, we accept liability for loss or damage during shipment up to a maximum of €5.500, in accordance with the coverage terms of the shipping provider.
4. Delivery Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 13:00 (CET) are generally shipped on the next business day.

Please note that during peak periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing and delivery times may be longer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace link via email. You can use this link to monitor the real-time delivery status of your parcel.
